Are the cups and beakers dishwasher safe?

We're pleased to advise that every cup in our new range is dishwasher safe. The only factor to take into consideration is that they should only be placed on the top shelf.

Can hot and carbonated drinks be used in the cups?

The valves in our Explora spout cups as well as our new range of cups do accommodate fizzy (carbonated) drinks, with the Explora range also being able to accommodate hot drinks. We however recommend giving your child milk or water at these age stages.

Can my cup be sterilised?

Of course! Our cups are suitable for sterilisation by steam (electric and microwave), boiling (5 minutes) or cold water tablet / liquid solution. The exceptions to this are our insulated active sippee and active straw cups which are only suitable for cold water sterilisation.

Can I heat liquid in the cups?

Ideally, we would recommend that the liquid is warmed out of the cup and then transferred to the cup when ready for your little one to drink. We do not recommend heating liquids in the microwave as heat pockets can be created. However, in general, most of our cups can be used to heat liquid as long as the lid is not on. Our insulated cups including the active straw cup, active sippee cup and kids on the go big chill cup are those which cannot.
